Championship Round 2 & Transatlantic Match Race Results

Peterborough show ground was the setting for round two of the championship and the UK V USA Transatlantic challenge race over the weekend. In the championship round, Alan qualified through the heat races strongly, earning a front row start for the final in which he finished a hard fought 3rd position. In the Transatlantic race, the US riders headed by the Texas Tornado, Colin Edwards gave the UK team a run for their money but the Brits came out victorious, with Alan managing to win one of the finals.
